Our place is in Arzoo Market, right up on the first floor. If you know the Bastin Bazar area in Asansol, you know it’s a very busy spot with a lot going on. There’s always people moving around and plenty of noise coming from the various shops and stalls downstairs. We’ve been in this part of West Bengal for quite some time now. Being in a market means we are right in the middle of all the action. We handle different kinds of services here, mostly just regular things that people need help with on a daily basis. The office isn't very big at all, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into the small space we have. We have a few plastic chairs for anyone who stops by and a couple of wooden desks where the main work happens. The stairs leading up to the first floor are a bit narrow and steep, so you really have to watch your step. We usually start our day early before the market gets too crowded with shoppers. It’s a good location because we can find almost anything we need just by walking out the door and looking around. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty inside with all the construction and traffic nearby, but we try to keep the place clean. We aren't trying to be anything fancy; we just do the services people ask for. Most of our day is spent talking to people who walk in and sorting out their paperwork.
