Flexon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is located right in the middle of things at City Center. Specifically, we are on 2nd Street in Central Park, at C-8. It’s a busy area, which is good for us because everything is close by. We moved here because we needed a central spot to operate from. The office isn't massive, but it’s got enough room for our equipment and the small team we have. We work on technical solutions and various digital projects. Some days it’s quiet and we just focus on the screens, while other days it feels like a bit of a madhouse with everyone talking at once. We don't have those fancy beanbag chairs or pool tables like some tech companies. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of cables. We focus on getting the tasks done. The air conditioning sometimes struggles in the peak of summer, but we manage. Being in Central Park means there are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch, which is a plus. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing. We prefer to just do the work and not worry too much about the optics. It’s a practical office for a practical business. We’ve been here for a bit now and have settled into a good routine. It’s not perfect, but it works for what we need to do every day.
