Abhijit Karmakar

I am located over on Gorai Road, near the Ram Bandu Talaw area in Asansol. It is a pretty easy place to find if you know the Burdwan district. My office is just a simple room where I handle accounting and tax work for local people. Abhijit Karmakar is the name on the door, but it is really just me and a bit of help working through the daily pile of documents. I have lived and worked in Asansol for a long time, so I know how things go around here. I do not bother with a fancy, polished office with leather chairs. My place has some desks, a lot of paper, and a computer that is always running. People stop by when they have a problem with their GST or when they need to file their yearly returns. I try to keep things very relaxed. You do not need to dress up to come see me. We just sit down, have a look at your papers, and see what needs to be done. It is honest, local work. Sometimes I get a bit behind when it is busy season, but I always make sure the job gets finished. I do not do any big marketing.
