Our place is over in Nabapally, right in that lane by the Bank of Baroda in Benachity. Durgapur is a busy city, and being in West Burdwan means there is always something happening around us. We are just a group of people working out of this office. It’s nothing too special to look at from the outside, but it works for us. The lane can get a little crowded with bikes sometimes, making it hard to park right in front. We usually have the radio playing low in the background while we handle our daily tasks. The building has been here for years. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes papers pile up on the desks when we get busy. People stop by to ask about different projects or just to say hello if they are heading to the bank. It can be quite a walk if you are coming from the main road, but most locals know the shortcut. We’ve had a few different signs over the door since we started. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains heavy, which happens a lot during monsoon season. We just wait it out and get back to work when it clears. It’s a decent enough spot to spend the day. We don't really do big meetings, mostly just talking across the desks to get things sorted out. It’s how we operate every day, and we are quite used to the noise and the pace of the lane.
