Our shop is located in Shyampur, which falls under the Coke Oven police station area in West Burdwan. It is a busy industrial district, and there is always something happening outside. We focus mostly on computers and technical repairs. It is not a fancy store with a lot of glass displays. Instead, it is a working shop filled with monitors, cables, and tools. We have been in Shyampur for a while now, and most of the locals know where we are. The air around the Coke Oven area can be thick with smoke from the plants, but we have grown accustomed to it. We do not have a large staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. People from all over West Burdwan bring their laptops and desktops to us when they stop working. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting software issues or replacing broken screens. It can be tedious work, but it keeps us busy from morning till night. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just look at the machine, find the problem, and try to fix it. Our customers are mostly working people from the area who need their computers back quickly. It is a simple, honest business, and we are happy to be working here in Shyampur.
