Chatterjee Enterprise

Chatterjee Enterprise is situated on S B Garai Road. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Hill View Nursing Home in the West Burdwan district. It’s a fairly quiet part of the road compared to the main highway, but it still gets its share of visitors. We have been running things from here for a number of years. Most of the people who work here live close by, so we have a good feel for the local area. Our shop handles various supplies that people in the community often need for their projects or businesses. It’s not a high-tech setup; we use paper ledgers mostly and keep everything stacked where we can find it easily. Sometimes the stock gets a little disorganized when we are busy, but we eventually get it sorted out by the end of the day. The building is a bit old, and the paint is peeling in a few spots, but it’s sturdy enough for what we do. We spend a lot of time talking to customers who walk in with specific requests. We don't do much advertising; most people just know we are here by word of mouth. It's a simple way of doing business where we just focus on having what people ask for. There's always tea being passed around in the afternoon, which is a nice break from the counting and recording.
