Riddhi Pharma is located at A-2/2511 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial zone means there is a lot of heavy machinery and trucks passing by all the time. Our building is a practical one, built for work rather than looking good. Inside, there is a mix of office space and storage. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure everything is in its right place. It’s a dusty environment sometimes, especially when the wind picks up across the estate. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. Most people who come here are looking for the specific plot number. Our staff is small, and we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be filing papers and the next you're helping move some boxes. It’s the kind of place where you wear comfortable shoes because you're on your feet a lot. We’ve been at this address for quite a few years now. We know the neighbors and the guy who runs the small canteen down the road. There isn't much to say about the decor because there isn't any. We just have our desks, our equipment, and our ledgers. It's a steady rhythm of work that starts early and ends when the tasks are done. We just keep our heads down and handle the business as it comes in. This is our daily life here in the industrial estate, just doing what needs to be done.
