Our operations are based out of Plot No. 6406. It’s a big space that we’ve set up to handle our pharmaceutical work. At Rusan Pharma Ltd., we spend most of our time in the production and storage areas. It’s not an office in a skyscraper; it’s a practical site where things actually get made. The daily grind involves a lot of checking equipment and making sure the supplies are coming in as they should. It can be a bit dusty and loud depending on what part of the plot you’re standing in. We have a solid crew of people who have been with us for years, and we all just know the routine by heart now. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. Instead, we have safety signs and clipboards with maintenance logs. The area around Plot No. 6406 is full of other industrial sites, so it’s a very work-focused environment. We have our lunch together in the small break area, usually talking about cricket or family stuff. It’s the kind of place where you don't mind getting your hands a little dirty if something needs fixing. We take care of the inventory and make sure the trucks are loaded properly before they head out. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we take it seriously because that’s what the job requires. It’s just a normal day-to-day life here at the plot for all of us doing our best.
