Norris Medicines Ltd.

Our company, Norris Medicines Ltd., is based at Plot No. 801-P, 901-45. It’s an interesting spot because of how the plots are laid out there. We are involved in the medicine business, which means things are a bit different than a regular machine shop. We have to keep things fairly clean and organized, though it still feels like a busy workplace rather than some polished laboratory you’d see on TV. There are a lot of shelves, containers, and paperwork for everything we handle. The area around our plots is mostly other industrial units, so there’s always the sound of transport and the general buzz of the zone. We spend the day checking batches and making sure things are moving through the system. It’s a lot of routine. Someone is usually checking the labels or moving crates around. We aren't much for fancy titles or long meetings here. We just know what needs to be done for the day and we get to it. The layout of 801-P and 901-45 means we are spread out a bit, but we make it work. It’s a lot of walking back and forth between the different sections. The light in the morning is quite bright through the high windows. We mostly just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s a steady kind of life here at the site with everyone doing their part.
