Our setup at Spc Lifescience Pvt. Ltd. spans across Plot No. 3611-1, 2, 3, and 4. Because we have these four plots connected, the place feels quite big when you are walking from one end to the other. It’s a bit different from the heavy metal shops nearby because things stay a lot quieter around here. We spend a lot of time looking at charts and making sure the settings on the equipment are exactly where they need to be. There’s a lot of walking back and forth between the different sections of the building. The lighting is bright, and we try to keep things as tidy as possible, though a little clutter always finds its way onto the tables. We usually have our lunch together in a small side room, and that’s the only time it really gets loud. Outside, the area is just the usual industrial bustle, but inside, we stay focused on the tasks at hand. It takes a lot of patience to do this kind of work, and sometimes things don't go right the first time, so we just have to start over and try again. We don’t really worry about making the place look like a showroom. It’s a working facility where we handle the science stuff day in and day out. It’s a long day, but it feels okay when everything goes smoothly and the tasks are finally done.
