Shraddha Chemical

Shraddha Chemical is located at Plot 5064 in the GIDC. It’s a big industrial zone, so it can be easy to get lost if you don’t know the plot numbers. Our place is a bit tucked away, but we like it that way. We do a lot of mixing and heating here. It’s the kind of work that requires you to pay attention to the details, or else you ruin a whole batch of product. The staff here is mostly local guys who have been doing this for a long time. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. If there's a problem, we just stand around the equipment and figure out how to fix it. Sometimes we have to wait for spare parts to arrive, which can be frustrating, but that’s just life in a factory. The floor is made of concrete and it’s seen a lot of wear and tear over the years. We keep the drums stacked up in the corner and try to keep everything labeled so we don't get confused. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important work for the industries we supply. We take our lunch breaks together in the shade when it’s hot out. We don't talk much about visions or goals, we just talk about getting through the week's orders and making sure the quality is what it should be. It’s a simple life, focused on the chemicals and the machinery. That is basically all there is.
