We’re located at Plot No. A-1/401, 402, and 403. It’s a pretty big space when you combine all three plots together into one operation. Most days start early here around 8 AM when the first shift comes in to get the reactors going. We deal with a lot of different chemicals, so there is always a certain smell in the air that you just get used to after a week or two of working here. The floor is usually busy with people moving drums around or checking on the gauges. We have a small office tucked away in the corner of plot 401 where we handle the paperwork, though most of us spend our time out on the floor. It’s not a fancy place, just a working chemical plant. Sometimes the trucks get backed up at the gate near 403, and we have to help guide them in so they don't block the narrow road outside. The rain can be a bit of a pain when we are trying to load stuff, but we make it work with some heavy tarps and extra hands. It gets quite hot inside during the summer months, so we keep the big industrial fans running all day long. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, so we all know how the machines sound when they’re running right. We just focus on getting the orders out on time and making sure nobody gets hurt. It’s honest work, even if it’s messy sometimes.
