If you’ve ever been to the industrial estate here, you know it’s a lot of factories and warehouses. It’s a busy, dusty place where everyone is focused on production. We’ve been part of this estate for a good many years. Our building is a solid, functional space designed for pharmaceutical work. There’s always the sound of machinery or trucks nearby. We spend our time managing the production lines and making sure the quality is where it should be. It’s not a fancy office job. Most of us are on our feet a lot, checking on things. Bharuch gets quite hot, and the GIDC area can feel it even more, but we have our ways of staying cool enough to work. We don't put on any airs about what we do. We make pharma products and we ship them out. It’s a straightforward process that requires a lot of attention to detail. The people working here have been around for a long time, so we’re like a small family. We have our lunch together and talk about the weekend. It’s a practical, hardworking environment. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a shiny facade. We just want to do the job right and keep the operations running smoothly every day. It’s loud, it’s busy, but it is our place of work and we know it well.
