Pcmr Concept School

Pcmr Concept School is out in Nagaluru, near the Badannapalli area of Dharmavaram. We share some space or are connected with the Ruparajas IIT Academy. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but we’ve been part of this community for a while. The school is set up to handle kids who are looking to get a bit more focused on their studies, especially as they get older. The building itself is pretty basic. We have classrooms with desks that have seen better days and chalkboards that we use all day long. It’s not a high-tech facility with tablets or anything like that. We just use books and paper and a lot of talking. The teachers here live mostly in the Dharmavaram area and they bring a lot of local knowledge to the classes. It’s often quite dusty because of the location, so we spend a lot of time sweeping out the rooms. Things don't always run on a perfect schedule, especially if there's a local festival or something going on in the village. We just adjust and keep going. Parents come by to talk about their kids, and we sit on the old wooden chairs in the office to have a chat. It’s a very down-to-earth place where we just try to help the students learn what they need to know without any extra fuss or fancy promises.
