Shri Ram Traders

We have been here at Transport Nagar for quite a while now. The shop is right near Ram Talai Mandir, so it’s pretty easy to find if you know the local area. Most days we are just busy loading and unloading things at Shri Ram Traders. It gets a bit dusty around here with all the heavy trucks passing by, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We handle a lot of different orders. Sometimes things are slow, other times we can’t even sit down for a quick tea. Usually, someone is always around the small office if you drop by. We started small and just kept going every day. The building isn't fancy or anything, just a regular place where the work gets done. My desk is always covered in stacks of papers and old receipts. We know most of the drivers who come through here regularly. If the gate is open, we are working. It's not a complicated setup at all. We just try to get the counts right and make sure everything is where it needs to be for the next day. People know us by the painted name on the board outside. If you are coming from the main road, just look for the temple and you will eventually see us. We don't really do much advertising, mostly just people stopping in because they need something moved or sold. That's pretty much the daily life here at the shop. We keep the ledger updated and try to stay organized, even when it’s chaotic. It’s hard work but it keeps the lights on for us.
