R B Ram Nath Lambah & Sons is located in Majitha Mandi, which is one of the older parts of Amritsar. This name has been around for generations. We don't really do things the modern way with lots of computers and fancy displays. It is a traditional setup here in the Mandi. Most of the day is spent talking to regular buyers and checking the quality of the goods coming in. The street is always full of bags and carts being moved around. It is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We just make sure to be here every day, rain or shine. Our family has always been in this trade. The shop doesn't have a big sign or anything, people just know where R B Ram Nath Lambah & Sons is. We don't spend money on advertising because word of mouth has worked for us for decades. It is a lot of manual work, lifting and shifting things. Sometimes the accounts take longer than they should because we still do a lot by hand. But that's just how we've always done it. It feels more grounded. Amritsar is a place where traditions matter, and we fit right into that. We just try to be fair and keep our word with everyone we deal with. We don't plan on changing our ways anytime soon because this is what we know best.
