Hall Bazar is a place that never really stays quiet, and that’s where you’ll find Rikhi Ram Sardari Lal. We are situated right opposite Kairon Market, which is a big help when people are trying to find us for the first time. The building is quite old, and you can see the age in the walls and the heavy wooden doors we still use. It’s been in the family for generations, so the name on the board means a lot to us even if it sounds a bit old-fashioned to some people today. Inside, it’s a bit dark because the sunlight doesn't reach the back of the shop too well. We have stacks of items everywhere, and sometimes we even forget what is at the very bottom of the pile. We don't have any of those sleek displays you see in the new malls. It’s just us, some old stools to sit on, and a lot of talk with whoever walks in. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud that we have to shout a bit to be heard, but that’s just how Hall Bazar is. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. If you want to see what we have, you just come by and ask. We try to be helpful, but we’re just regular people running a small business the way we always have.
