R. L. & Company

You can find R. L. & Company right near the State Bank of Patiala. It’s a very central spot, which makes it easy for our clients to drop in whenever they are doing their banking. We have been in this office for many years now. The space is filled with old wooden furniture and the sound of a ticking clock. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals written on the walls. We just come in, sit down at our desks, and start the day's work. It is a quiet environment for the most part, though the street outside can get quite loud with people going to the bank. We have a small team of people who have basically grown up in this business. We know our regulars by their first names and we usually know what they need before they even ask. It is the kind of place where things don't change very fast. We still use physical files and we prefer talking to people face-to-face rather than sending emails. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most modern company. We just want to do our jobs correctly and go home to our families at the end of the day. It is a humble existence near the bank, and we like it that way. We just keep moving forward.
