Our place is at Plot No-4 on the Inner Circular Road. We are quite easy to spot since we’re near the Krishna Cinema by Chatiwind Gate. It’s a very busy part of the city with a lot of noise from the movie-goers and the traffic. We act as a distribution point for various goods. Our warehouse is filled with crates and boxes stacked up to the ceiling. We spend a lot of our time loading and unloading trucks that pull into the yard. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving things around and checking off invoices. The office is just a small corner partitioned off from the main storage area. It gets a bit dusty in here with all the cardboard moving around. We have a small crew that has been with us for years. We all know the routine. When a big shipment comes in, everyone chips in to get it sorted. We don't use any high-tech tracking systems; it’s mostly just clipboards and pens. The phone rings a lot with people asking about their orders. We just tell them the truth about when things will arrive. There isn't any fancy marketing going on here. We just focus on getting the supplies to the people who bought them. It’s a simple business model that has worked for us for a long time. We’re usually here from dawn until the last truck leaves.
