Ravindra Industries

Our unit is at 875 in Phase-1 of the MIE area. Ravindra Industries has been based here for a long time, and the building has seen a lot of work over the years. MIE is an industrial zone, so it’s all about trucks, dust, and the sound of machinery. We have a fairly large shed where the main operations happen and a small partitioned area that serves as the office. It’s nothing special, just some metal desks and a few chairs. The floor is concrete and often has marks from where we move things around. We don’t have a fancy entrance or a sign out front, just the number 875 painted on the gate. It’s a place for work, not for show. We get here early when the morning mist is still over the fields nearby. Most of the guys have been with Ravindra Industries for a decade or more, so we don't need to say much to get the day started. We focus on the production and making sure everything is handled right. In the afternoon, the heat can get a bit much, but we have some big fans that help. There’s a small shop down the road where we get our tea and snacks. It’s a very simple, practical environment. We don’t have any corporate slogans or polished reports. We just do the work that needs doing and head home when the shift is over.
