You can find us over at 9, New Kapoor Nagar. We are situated right near the ice factory on Sultanwind Road. It’s an easy landmark if you’re looking for us, and sometimes you can feel a bit of a chill from their side when the wind blows right. We’ve been working with tools and machinery for a long time. The shop gets pretty loud sometimes because of the grinding and cutting we do. We handle different types of machine tools and parts. It’s a practical business. We don't have a fancy waiting room with coffee or anything like that. People usually just come in, tell us what they need, and we see if we can help them out. The area around Sultanwind Road is always moving with rickshaws and trucks. We have a lot of regulars who have been coming to us for years. We try to keep things simple. If a machine breaks or someone needs a specific tool, they know we are here. Our space is filled with heavy metal and oil, the usual stuff for a tool shop. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the small lane out front, but we manage to get things moved. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to do a decent job so people keep coming back. We've seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years, but we've stayed right here. It's a bit cramped inside, but we know where everything is.
