CRAFT Industrial Corporation

CRAFT Industrial Corporation is located at 64-A, Bhai Lalo Ji Nagar, right off the G.T. Road. Being near the main highway means there is always a lot of movement and noise. It’s a good spot for an industrial business like ours. We’ve been in this building for many years now. The walls are a bit dusty from the road, and the yard is usually full of materials waiting to be processed or loaded onto trucks. We do manufacturing work here, so the sound of metal hitting metal is something we hear all day long. We have a small group of workers, some who have been with us since the very beginning. We don’t really do those fancy morning huddles or team-building exercises you hear about in the big cities. We just have a cup of chai together and then get to the machines. The G.T. Road is a lifeline for us, as it’s how we get everything in and out. Sometimes the dust is a bit much in the afternoons, but that’s just life in an industrial area. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy here. The owner is usually right there on the floor with everyone else, checking the quality of the work and making sure the orders are correct. It’s a simple way to run things, and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work that comes in. Each day is much like the last.
