BHAGWATI MECHANICAL WORKS

We’ve been set up at 333, Focal Point for a long time now. It’s a busy area and our shop is usually full of metal scraps and the smell of oil. BHAGWATI MECHANICAL WORKS isn't fancy. Most days it’s just us working on different parts and getting things fixed for people who drop by. The machines hum all day. Sometimes it gets loud, but that’s just how it goes here. We started with just a couple of lathes and expanded as we needed more space. My hands are usually covered in grease by noon. It’s hard work, standing on the concrete floor, but we are used to it. People around here know where to find us if they have something that needs turning or welding. We don't have a big office or anything, just a desk in the corner with a lot of paperwork piled up. It's a practical setup. We just focus on the metal in front of us. Some of the guys have been with me for years, so we know how each other works without saying much. The neighborhood has changed a bit, but we’re still here at the same spot. It’s just a regular mechanical shop doing regular work every day. We try to keep things organized but sometimes when a big job comes in, the whole floor gets cluttered. That's life in the workshop. We just take it as it comes.
