Balbir Industries

You can find us at Plot No 22 in Inderjit Colony. We are right at the back of the State Bank of Patiala, which makes it easy to explain to people who are looking for us. The 100 Ft Road is always buzzing with activity, and we are just a short walk from the main stretch. Balbir Industries is essentially a place where things get made. We have a lot of metal and heavy parts around. The floor is concrete and has some stains from years of work. It is not the kind of place you would come for a fancy meeting. We have our desks in one corner and the workshop takes up most of the space. The sounds of machinery are pretty constant during the day. Sometimes it gets a bit hot inside, especially in the summer, but we have a few fans going. The team here has been together for a long time. We know the routines. We usually start early in the morning before the traffic on 100 Ft Road gets too heavy. Lunch is often eaten together in the small break area. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to finish the work we have for the day. It is a straightforward operation. The neighborhood is mostly other industrial plots, so we fit right in. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done on the floor.
