Bawa Traders & Caterers

Our place is located at Building No.5251, right near Kot Karnail Singh on Sultanwind Road here in Amritsar. It’s a busy spot with lots of people moving around all the time. We handle both trading goods and the catering side of things. Most days are spent coordinating where the food needs to go and making sure the supplies are packed up right. The kitchen gets really busy, especially during the wedding season when everyone wants their events sorted. We started this because we saw a lot of people needed reliable catering that didn't cost a fortune. The building itself is easy to find if you know the landmark. We spend a lot of time on Sultanwind Road moving things back and forth. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we manage to get everything where it needs to be on time. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to load the trucks, so we have to start really early in the morning before the sun is even up. My brother handles the trading side mostly, while I look after the catering crews. We use recipes that have been around for a while, nothing too fancy, just good food that people like. The office is just a small room in the front of the building where we keep the books. We’re usually there if we aren't out at a venue. We have a few delivery vans that are always in and out. It’s a lot of work but keeps us busy through the year.
