BAJWA HOTELS PRIVATE LIMITED is run from our office at House Number 423 on Race Course Road, in the Basant Avenue area. This is a quieter part of the city, which we like because it gives us a bit of room to breathe away from the main markets. We have been using this address as our base for a long time. It isn't a typical office building; it’s more of a personal space where we handle all the management tasks for our hotel business. We are a local company through and through. We know the neighborhood well and most of our business comes from the relationships we have built over the years. Running things from Race Course Road means we are centrally located but still have a bit of peace. We spend our hours talking to staff, checking on maintenance schedules, and making sure the supplies are being delivered as they should be. There is always a lot of coordination involved in the hotel industry, and we just try to keep it as simple as possible. We don't have any big mission statements or polished brochures. We just focus on the basics of keeping our properties in good shape. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting around the table figuring out how to solve the latest problem. We enjoy the work and the fact that we can do it from such a familiar spot.
