Even though we are in the same general spot as other businesses, we focus specifically on the resort side of the hospitality world. Working in Amritsar 143001 is always interesting because the city never really sleeps. We spend our days in the office coordinating with different teams to make sure the resort stays in good shape. It is a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and dealing with the small problems that pop up every day. We aren't into fancy corporate talk or big marketing plans. We just believe in showing up and doing the work that needs to be done. Sometimes the plumbing has an issue or we need to update the furniture, and we just handle it. The staff we have are local people who understand the rhythm of the city. We try to keep a relaxed atmosphere in the office, even when things get a bit hectic during the peak travel months. It is mostly about being practical and making sure the guests have a decent experience. We don't have a complicated hierarchy. If something needs doing, whoever is free just goes and does it. That is how we have always operated here on Queens Road, and it seems to work out okay for us.
