If you go to House No. 90 in Kalapi Park -A, you will find us. We are Lathi Kisan Farmer Producer Company Limited, and we operate out of Pravinbhai Jerambhai Goti’s place. It is a regular house in a quiet neighborhood in Lathi. Being a farmer producer company, we are mostly about the people in the village. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning. Instead, we sit together in the front room or the courtyard and talk about what the farmers need. The address is 365430, and everyone around here knows Pravinbhai. It is a very local way of doing things. We keep our records in simple ledgers and on a couple of computers. Sometimes we have meetings where ten or fifteen farmers show up, and we have to bring out extra plastic chairs. It gets a bit loud when everyone starts talking at once, but that is how decisions get made here. We deal with seeds, fertilizers, and whatever else the season calls for. It is not a glamorous life, but it is important for the folks in Lathi. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out in the fields checking on the crops. Kalapi Park is a nice area, and we are glad to be settled here. We just take things one day at a time and help out where we can. There is always someone dropping by for a chat.
