Abll Amreli Spnf Producer Company Limited is based out of the Gujarat Housing Board area, at Block No 52. We are staying with Dhirubhai Siroya’s setup here. Amreli is a busy enough place, but our operation is kept pretty simple. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just an office where we manage the business side of the producer group. Most of us have been around here for a long time, so we know the people and the land quite well. We aren't interested in making things look more complicated than they are. We just track the production and make sure the members get what they need. There is always someone coming in to ask a question or drop off some documents. It can get a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but that is just how we do things. We don't hire outside people to manage us. We do it ourselves. Sometimes we make mistakes with the filing, but we fix it and move on. It’s a very real way of doing business. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big words. We just talk like neighbors. The room is usually filled with the smell of tea and the sound of local talk. We stay focused on the tasks we have for the day and try to keep everything organized. It’s not always perfect, but we get the work done.
