This is at Land Dipadiya in the Rajula area. We are a group of farmers who decided to get together and form this company. It wasn't about being fancy or having a big office. We just wanted to work better as a group. Most of us have been in these fields for a long time. Yatinbhai’s place is where we handle the paperwork and meetings. It’s not always organized, but we get the job done. Farming in Gujarat has its ups and downs. The weather doesn't always go our way, and the market can be tricky. We just take things one day at a time. There are a lot of us involved now. We talk about the crops, the soil, and what needs to happen next season. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have some big corporate headquarters in a city. We stay right here in Dhareshvar because this is where the work is. If you walk by, you might see us chatting outside or moving some supplies around. It’s a simple life and we like it that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to make sure our families and our community can keep going. That’s why we started this producer company in the first place.
