Mohindra Forge

We are based in the Riico Industrial Area at H-1-496. It is situated right near Uttam Strip, which is the main landmark people use to find their way to us. Working in a forge means the environment is always quite hot and noisy. We have the heavy machinery and the furnaces running for most of the day. It is a tough kind of workplace, but it is what we are used to. The floor is usually covered in some dust and bits of metal, no matter how much we try to sweep it up. The industrial area is busy with trucks moving in and out at all hours. We don't have a fancy lobby or any air-conditioned rooms for meetings. Usually, if someone comes to see us, we just meet them right on the shop floor where the work is happening. It involves a lot of manual labor and keeping a close eye on the heat. We have been in this spot for a while now, and the area around us hasn't changed much, though there are more factories than there used to be. The work is steady and it repeats every day, but you have to pay attention so everything stays safe. We keep our tools in their places as best as we can manage. It is just a practical business dealing with metal and heat every day. When the day ends, we are tired, but the work is done.
