We are based in Phase 2 of the Industrial Area, at No. 812 A. It’s a standard industrial unit where we focus on climate systems. There's nothing very exciting about the building itself; it’s just a functional space for our equipment and the staff who work here. We spend our days working on various parts and making sure everything is assembled correctly before it leaves. It’s technical work, but it involves a lot of manual checking and double-checking by hand. The area around us is always noisy with other factories and workshops, so we’ve gotten used to the constant hum of the neighborhood. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine for visitors. Most people who come here are delivery drivers or technicians picking up orders. Our team is pretty small, and we all know each other’s names and families. We don't use corporate speak or have long meetings about synergy or goals. We just look at the daily schedules and get the work done as it comes in. It can get quite hot in the warehouse during the summer months, but that's just part of working in an industrial zone. We've been at this location for some time now and it suits our needs perfectly. We aren't looking to move or become some giant conglomerate. We just want to do our part in the supply chain and keep things moving. It’s a steady life.
