Located over in Alwar, in Scheme No. 10 B, you can find our place at plot 2/144. Our day usually starts pretty early because the manufacturing floor gets hot once the machines start running. Making auto parts means there's always the hum of the equipment in the background. It is a practical kind of place where people are mostly wearing overalls and carrying wrenches. Rajasthan can be really dry, and the dust sometimes gets into the shop, so cleaning things off is a constant chore. The team has been with us for a long time, and everyone just knows their station. There isn't much time spent on fancy meetings. We just look at the drawings, set the machines, and get to work. Sometimes a part doesn't come out right and we have to start over, but that’s just how making things goes. The neighborhood around us is mostly quiet, but our building is always buzzing. A small area is set aside for the trucks to park when they come to pick up the finished goods. It’s straightforward work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to make sure the parts we send out are solid and do what they are supposed to do for the vehicles. Every day is pretty much the same routine of checking the line and finishing the batches. It gets tiring by the evening, but we come back and do it again.
