Our facility is at Sp-812 in Phase 2 of the Bhiwadi RIICO Industrial Area. Federal Mogul Automotive Products Pvt Ltd has a large presence here, but inside the gates, it’s just a lot of hard work. We deal with parts for cars and trucks. The floor is usually noisy with the sound of machines pressing and cutting metal. It’s an industrial life. We show up, punch the clock, and get to work on whatever the production schedule says for that day. Phase 2 is quite large and can be confusing, but our building is one of the more established ones on this stretch. We have a lot of people coming in and out, from delivery drivers to shift workers. The canteen is where we all catch up during breaks. We don't really do the whole corporate talk thing here; we just focus on making sure the parts are right. If a machine breaks down, we fix it and keep going. The heat in Bhiwadi can be tough in the summer, especially with all the heavy machinery running, but we have big vents to keep the air moving. It’s a steady rhythm of work. We’ve been part of this industrial landscape for a long time. People here take pride in what they do even if it’s just one small piece of a much larger engine. It’s just how things are at Sp-812, day in and day out.
