Zafraan Restaurant

If you are looking for Zafraan Restaurant, we are located in Akhlaq Apartments. This is on Lal Diggi Road here in Aligarh. It’s a pretty easy spot to find because we are directly opposite the New I.G. Girls Hostel. Being across from the hostel means we get a lot of students coming in, which keeps the atmosphere lively. The street can get a bit crowded, especially in the evenings when everyone is out for a walk or getting back from classes. We’ve been at this location for some time now. It’s just a straightforward place where you can sit and have a meal without any fuss or formality. The dining area is simple. We don't spend much time on decorations; we mostly focus on keeping the kitchen running smoothly and making sure tables are cleared. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit when the power shifts, but that's just part of being in this area. Our neighbors in the apartments are good people and we’ve known them for years. We try to make sure we don’t get too loud late at night. Most of our staff have been here since the start. We know how to handle the rush when the students get their breaks. It's not a big corporate operation, just a local eatery on a busy road. People come in, eat their fill, and head back to their work or studies. It works for us and it seems to work for the people around here too.
