Tandoori Nites Restaurant is based in the Muzammil Complex over in Civil Lines. If you are looking for us in Aligarh, we are directly opposite Panwali Kothi. It’s a well-known spot in the 202001 area. The complex itself has a lot of different shops, but we’ve been in our corner for a while. It’s not a fancy or corporate-style restaurant. We keep things very basic and practical. The walls are a bit plain and we don't have a lot of decoration. We mostly just focus on the work in the kitchen. Civil Lines is a busy part of the city, so there’s always something going on outside our door. Sometimes the noise from the street is quite loud, but we are used to it by now. We are a small team and we handle everything ourselves. There are no big missions or beliefs here, just the daily routine of opening up and closing down. Opposite Panwali Kothi is a good landmark for people who aren't from around here. We’ve seen many people come and go from the Muzammil Complex over the years. It’s a steady life for us at Tandoori Nites Restaurant. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We are just a local place in Aligarh, doing what we know how to do. It’s honest work and we stay busy with it until the last customer leaves and we finally lock the gates.
