Shivani Mobile

We are tucked away near the Agra Gate Sabji Mandi at Shivani Mobile. Being near the vegetable market means it is always loud and crowded around here. We handle a lot of phone repairs and sell basic accessories. People come in with cracked screens or batteries that won't charge anymore. It’s a small shop, so things can get a bit cramped when three or four customers are inside at once. We spend a lot of time looking through tiny screwdrivers and magnifying glasses. The light inside isn't always the best but we make it work. We have cases hanging on the walls and chargers stacked in the corners. It's a busy spot. You can hear the vegetable sellers shouting outside all day long. We don't have a fancy display. Most of the time, the counter is covered in loose SIM cards and small parts. We started this because everyone has a phone now and they always seem to break. We just try to fix what we can. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought because the parts are hard to find. We tell people to come back in an hour or so. It’s just how it goes in a small place like this. We know the other shopkeepers around here well. It’s a tight community in the mandi. We just open up and see what the day brings.
