This shop in Kishangarh is pretty small, but it keeps us busy from morning until we close up at night. Mostly, folks from around Ajmer come in because they’ve dropped their phone or they need a quick recharge for their data. We have shelves filled with different cases and cables, though it feels like we’re always looking for that one specific part someone needs. It gets a bit crowded in here when three or four people are all waiting at once, especially if the internet is acting slow that day. We do a lot of screen repairs and battery swaps right behind the counter. My hands are usually a bit messy from dealing with the tiny screws and glue inside those devices. It’s not fancy, and the lighting could probably be better, but it works for us. We hear a lot of stories from people while they wait for their phones to get fixed. Sometimes it’s just someone needing a new SIM card or asking how to use a certain app. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything; we just open the doors and see who walks in. The traffic outside is always noisy, and the heat can be tough, but having a shop in this area means you never have a dull moment. We just try to get the devices back in working order so people can get on with their day.
