We are based in Gram Nandel, which is part of Tonkkhurd. Our company, Nandel Krishak Farmers Producer Companylimited, is basically run out of Kelash Sukhram’s place. It’s a local thing through and through. Most of us have lived in Nandel our whole lives. We know every field and every family around here. Starting this company was a way to bring everyone together so we could handle our farming business as a group. It’s a lot of responsibility. We spend our days worrying about water, seeds, and what the market is doing. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning. It’s just a room with some chairs and a desk where we keep our records. Sometimes the records get a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We talk to each other in the village every day, so we don't need a lot of formal meetings. If there's a problem, we just sit down and talk it through. It’s a practical way of doing things. We aren't looking to grow into some huge company. We just want to make life a bit easier for the farmers in Tonkkhurd. The work is hard and the sun is hot, but we are used to it. We take things as they come and try to do right by our neighbors. That’s really all there is to it. We just keep our heads down and keep the tractors moving even when the parts are hard to find.
