We set up Dalmiaa Agro Food Industries Llp a while back. Our place is at 102, Tagore Nagar. If you know where Asopa Hospital is on Ajmer Road, we are right behind it. It's a quiet enough street, which is good for us because we deal with a lot of agro products. Dealing with food and farming supplies means there is always something to do. We spend most of our time in the back room or talking to suppliers on the phone. The building isn't huge, but it fits what we need for now. Sometimes the hospital traffic makes parking a bit of a headache, but we've gotten used to it. We just wanted to do something that helps get food from the farms to the people who need it. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking quality, to be honest. We aren't some big city outfit with fancy logos. Just a few of us here trying to make a living and keep the business running smooth. We usually start early before it gets too hot. Most of the neighbors know us as the guys always moving boxes. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it feels right. We like being tucked away behind the hospital. It’s a bit more peaceful than being right on the main Ajmer Road. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day. There is no need for anything fancy when you are just dealing with grain and agro supplies. We keep our ledgers by hand mostly and just make sure the accounts balance out at the end of the month.
