Our business is based in the Sharda Building, which is right in the middle of Naya Bazaar in Ajmer. If you know this city, you know that Naya Bazaar is one of the busiest places you can find. There is always something happening outside our windows. The building itself is quite old and has a lot of character. We’ve been here for years, and our office is filled with everything we need to run things. You might see boxes of samples or stacks of shipping documents sitting around. It’s not a very tidy place, but it is a productive one. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking our lists. The hallways in Sharda Building are narrow and the stairs are well-worn from all the people passing through. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a long time. We don't have a corporate dress code or anything like that; we just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. The market noise is constant, but we’ve learned to work right through it. We usually grab some tea from the nearby stall twice a day. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. We don't worry about looking fancy; we just worry about making sure the orders are correct and the paperwork is in order. It’s a busy, noisy, and honest way to make a living in Ajmer. We are just regular people working in the market.
