Mohan Watch Company

Mohan Watch Company is located in the middle of Sadar Bazar in Nasirabad. It’s a typical market shop, nothing too big or flashy. We spend our hours sitting behind the glass counter, working on watches that people bring in. Sadar Bazar is usually loud with all the vendors and people walking by, but we just focus on the small parts in front of us. We have drawers full of tiny screws and spare hands for different types of clocks. It’s the kind of place where you can just drop off your watch and pick it up later after doing your shopping. We don't use fancy machines, just the old-fashioned tools that have worked for years. The shop has a certain smell of oil and old metal. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit when the power acts up, but we get the work done anyway. Nasirabad is a small place, so we see a lot of the same faces coming back. We don't really have a sales pitch. If a watch is broken, we look at it and tell you if it can be fixed. Most of the time, it’s just a matter of cleaning things out or replacing a worn-down gear. We keep things moving and try to stay organized, even if the desk gets cluttered with different projects. It’s just how we run things here in the bazar. People know the name Mohan and they know where to find us when time stops.
