Khetutpad Farmer Producer Company is located right near the Hanuman Mandir in Kishangarh. We are actually set up at Radhe Shyam’s place, House Number 288. It’s a local operation, and being near the temple means there is always someone passing by. We are a farmer producer group, so our days are filled with agricultural talk. We aren't in a big office building; it’s more of a home-based setup that works for us. Kishangarh is a busy enough place, and having the mandir as a landmark makes it easy for people to find us. We spend a lot of time coordinating with local growers. Sometimes we sit on the porch and discuss the prices or the weather, which is always a big topic here. It’s not a polished business with a lot of staff. It’s just us working through the daily tasks of a producer company. We handle the paperwork, talk to the members, and try to keep everything moving. Radhe Shyam’s house has become the hub for all these activities. It feels more natural to work this way than being stuck in a high-rise somewhere. We know the people we work with, and they know us. Most of the time, we are just trying to keep up with the demands of the season. It’s a simple life but it keeps us on our toes. We don’t need much else besides a desk and a phone.
