Heena Mobile

This shop, Heena Mobile, is right here in Bapu Nagar, not far from the Triveni Sangam area. It is a busy spot and we see a lot of people every day. Mostly, folks come in because their phone screen broke or they need a new recharge plan. I spend a lot of time behind the counter looking at small parts and trying to fix things that stopped working. It is not always easy, especially when the parts take time to arrive. We have a lot of different phone cases hanging on the walls and some chargers too. People from all over Bapu Nagar stop by when they are out doing their shopping. Sometimes a customer comes in wanting a new phone and we talk about what might be good for them. It gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a while. I have been doing this for a few years now. The space is a bit small, so things can get a little messy with all the wires and tools lying around. I try to keep it organized, but when three people are waiting at once, it is hard. It is good to be near Triveni Sangam because people know the landmark easily. We are just a local mobile shop trying to help people stay connected. Sometimes the internet is slow or a repair doesn't go as planned, but that is just how it is.
