Aashirwad Mobile

We've been sitting here on Maganganj Road for quite some time now. Aashirwad Mobile isn't a fancy place, just a small shop where we try to help people with their phones. Most days it is just me and a helper. People come in when their screen cracks or if they need a new tempered glass. It gets pretty dusty out there on the main Kishangarh road so we spend half the morning just cleaning the glass counters. We sell recharge vouchers and some of those cheaper earphones that everyone likes. Sometimes someone brings in a phone that’s completely dead and we have to tell them it’s not worth fixing, which is never fun. It’s a lot of sitting around waiting for customers then suddenly five people walk in at once. We don't have air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise, but it works fine for us. If you are walking past the Maganganj area, you’ll see our sign. We keep a stock of basic smartphones and some of the older keypad ones too because many older folks around here still prefer them. It’s just honest work. We know most of the neighbors by name and they stop by just to chat sometimes even if they don't need anything. That’s how it goes in a place like this. We open up early and stay until the market starts to quiet down in the evening.
