Our base is at Mohan Ambadas Pokale’s place in Loni village, which is part of Ashti Taluka in Beed. It’s listed as House Number 414203 if you're looking for us on a map, but mostly people just know where Mohan lives. We named ourselves Yuvakmangal Agrotech Farmers Producer Company Limited because we wanted to focus on the younger generation getting involved in agriculture. It’s tough these days to keep the young guys interested in the fields when the city seems so much easier, but we think there’s a future here if we do it right. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s more about sitting on the porch or in the front room and talking through the problems of the day. Beed can be a hard place to farm because of the water issues, so we have to be smart about what we grow and how we sell it. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big words or shiny brochures. We’re just local folks who know the soil and want to see our community thrive. Sometimes we make mistakes, and sometimes the weather just doesn't cooperate, but we keep pushing forward together. We handle everything from buying supplies to trying to find better buyers for our grain and fruit. It’s a messy, difficult job, but it’s ours, and we are proud to be doing it right here in Loni with our own neighbors.
