Pradnyasurya Farmer Producer Company Limited started because a few of us here in Mandavgan Shrigonda felt we could do more if we worked together. Our base is at G No 261, which is just a simple spot where we manage our daily farming business. It’s not like those big corporate offices you see in the city. We are mostly out in the fields or sitting around a wooden table trying to figure out the best way to get our crops to the market. Shrigonda has its own challenges with the soil and the water, so we try to help each other out with those things. Being a farmer producer company means we can pool our resources instead of struggling alone. Sometimes it’s just about sharing a tractor or figuring out who has the best seeds this season. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters for us. It’s just us, the local farmers, trying to make the most of what we grow. The paperwork can be a real headache, and we often find ourselves stuck in the office at G No 261 when we would much rather be outside in the fresh air. But it is part of the job now. We want to make sure the work we put into the land actually brings back enough to keep our homes running. It is a tough life, but doing it this way makes things a little more stable for everyone in our group. We just take it day by day and hope for the best.
