You can find us at Chincholi in the Ghansawangi area of Jalna. We operate out of Shri Pavan Ashokrao Ghogare’s place at Gat Number M. Veeraditi Rural Farmers Producer Company Limited is really just a group of us from the local village who wanted to get more organized. Farming around here in Chincholi is what most of us have done since we were kids. This company is our way of making sure we can get the supplies we need and sell our crops for a decent price. The office is very basic, just a room with some chairs and a desk where we handle the paperwork. Most of the real work happens outside in the fields. We grow a bit of everything depending on the rain and the time of year. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait to finish our work, or the roads get muddy after a big storm. That is just life in a rural area. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything like that. We just want to farm our land and make sure the business stays stable. We help each other out with advice or a spare hand when someone is behind on their harvest. It is a community thing more than anything else. We are just regular people working hard to make a living from the ground. It’s a simple, honest way to live.
