You can find us at Bhondewada, which is near Ramtek in the Nagpur district. The office is at the post office area, and many of us know Chaitu Thakur's family. We named this Upbabhinavsmart Vision Farmer Producer Company Limited, which is a bit of a long name, but we are just local folks at heart. Nagpur is famous for oranges, of course, but around Ramtek, we grow all sorts of things. The weather can be quite unpredictable, so we spend a lot of our time discussing how to protect the crops. It’s not a shiny office with air conditioning; it’s a practical space where we meet and plan. We try to help the smaller farmers in Bhondewada get their produce to the bigger markets without getting cheated. It’s a lot of running around, honestly. Some days are spent in the fields and others are spent filling out forms or talking to buyers. We aren't doing this to get rich quick, just to make sure our community stays afloat. The road to the village isn't always the best, but people still find their way to us. We’ve been working together for a while now, and though we make mistakes sometimes, we keep trying to do better for the next season. It’s just how things go when you’re working with the land and your neighbors. We are proud to be from this part of Maharashtra.
