Down in Khamgaon, Buldhana, you will find us at Aadarsh Nagar. We go by Ug Global Agro Producer Company Limited, but around here, people just know us as the group working out of Rekha Gopalsing Tomar’s place. It’s a quiet area and we’ve been trying to get this agro business moving for a while now. It’s not always easy starting something like this in a smaller town, but we have plenty of farmers nearby who need a hand with their produce. We don't have a big shiny sign or a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, someone is just sitting there with a ledger or looking at the bags of seed. The weather in Buldhana can be pretty rough on the crops, so we spend a lot of time worrying about that. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait to get the computer back on to finish the lists. We aren't trying to be some massive company you see on the news. We just want to make sure the work we do helps the folks in the neighborhood get their stuff to the market without too much trouble. It's a simple operation, really. Just a few of us trying to make sense of the farming business and keeping things running from this little office in Aadarsh Nagar. We stay busy, especially when it’s time to sow or harvest.
